GSX for $15k (Volocars opening museum collection for sale)

AMEN! Opinions, opinions opinions. Everywhere you hear more of them. Someone built these cars for attention getters, not to win first place at the Buick Nationals. The paint may have a few blems., but the best paint in the world will have blems. after driving it a while. I like cars like this. They are affordable and attract people at cruise ins. They also get the Buick name out there for people to see. Bet you a buck that those 2 clones will attract much more attention than the standard Skylark they have. I like all 3 cars. Haven't seen them in person, but the price doesn't seem too far out considering what muscle cars are up to right now.

And for those who walk around cars pointing and speaking silently about what all is wrong with a car. I HAVE SOMETHING YOU CAN POINT AT!!! :laugh:

These won't go to car guys, but someone in mid life crisis looking for some fun. You can buy cheaper cars, but you will be in the same financial place in a hurry. New top, interior, detailed motor, heck even nice rims and tires add up in a hurry. I always thought to buy the most car you can afford. It saves you in the long run. I am about 15 south/east of VOLO, and we go up their on ocassion after breakfast. It is easy to pick their stuff apart inlcuding price, but you can do the same thing at any show. Everyone builds them different, and that is what the hobby is about. I laugh at the guys at shows who walk around pointing and talking at each other quietly about how this car is wrong or this is wrong. I can't beleive being negative all the time is a good way to pass the time. Most of these guys walk back to their Taurus in the lot after the show. Both cars are skylarks per the vin's.

I don't know the year of this one but it has to be in the teens to twenties.

Stock it will not line up but you can recontour the bottom of the mount so it will.
