I found this yesterday on the web. It was really disturbing to me. I have a daughter that will be 11 this fall. Is this something I have to worry about with her? What do you think they should do to the guy. Personally, I don't think there is a punishment harsh enough for what he did, mental problems or not. He was totally wrong, and he knew it :af: This kind of stuff makes me sick.

    I agree. A 21-year-old asking a 15-year-old for a kiss has a definite problem.

I think anyone who kills should be killed in return, in the same way. To he** with criminal's rights....

I've got my first granddaughter coming next week. I'm not very comfortable with the world she's going to have to live in.

frankly, i don't 'get' this at all. the girl's father said that this punk was waving around a gun and saying that she would kiss him two days before while drinking with the father. WTH? what kind of a father, faced with a punk making comments like that about his daughter, not immediately call the cops or beat the living crap out of the punk or at least throw him out of the house? no, he tells bishop "Yo, stop playing with a gun like that. You're a young kid. I've been in jail too much time. You will find yourself in jail for life." he's giving him advice? it's not time for advice, it's time for ultimatums.

"Also, he told my daughter `You are going to be mine, or you are going to be dead"
how does this NOT get bishop's ass kicked 5 ways from sunday? bishop may be screwed in the head but he's obviously not the only one.

His ex-girlfriend said he was non violent, yet he did time for aggrivated assault. Low life piece of sh*t. He's going to know what it's like to be someone's girlfriend now..for life.

and 10 year old girls don't need to be dressing like they're streetwalkers or dancing (highly suggestively) in rap videos ... but it happens.

Very true. My daughter asks me regularly if she can have a boyfriend yet, and I tell her very quickly and seriously NO I tell her that 10 is too young to worry about dating. There was 1 boy, a few years older than her, that had a crush on her 2 years ago. She was only 8 and he was 13 . I think that's a bit much for an 8 year old girl to do. He wasn't allowed to the house, and she didn't go near his PERIOD He finally gave up. I didn't like him anyway.

stay away from girls Anthony! The'll only get you in trouble. And they're really really expensive to keep around. Spend the money on your car instead. Its a better investment

What a shame. The dirty little POS should die a long and painful death.

    And
If you have a daughter, YES, you should worry about it!! Thank god my daughter had a pretty good head on her shoulders but she did have a little gang member "Looking" POS following her around. I walked by her room one night and heard her phone ring at midnight it was the second time I caught this thug calling her that late. Well, after I got done explaining what I'd do to him and his father if he ever called my daughter again my daughter thanked me and told me he was getting a little weird. The next time I saw him with his parents I walked up and told him I ment every word 100%. Never heard from him again...good! Make sure everyone knows your little girl WILL be treated with respect (most of all make sure she knows to expect it) at all times or they will have to answer to you!!

Greg Schmelzer What are you looking at?!

Excellent Rick!!! I, too, have put the fear of the Almighty in more than one boys hearts. It is fairly easy for me though. I am around 6', go 250#, shaved head and a beard. Last one I 'talked' to I made it clear that if he ever disrespected my daughter again, his mother would cry when they found out what I did to him. Haven't seen hide nor hair of him in over a year. Apparently the reputation is getting around now. All the 'gentleman callers' she has had lately come into the house to meet me first. Kerstin says they never get out of line and almost everyone tells her, "Your Dad scares me!"

    GOOD!!! That was the intent.

By the way, I am not kidding them!!

    I love it.
One time a real nice kid happened to pull up as I was getting out of my truck, I had just got home from the range and had my holster and glock still on my belt. I thought nothing of it at the time and shook his hand and all, later my daughter told my wife none of the boys would come over because "Coach Sanford" was crazy and carried a gun..... I thought to myself, good let them think I'm a loud pop away from freaking out and killing anything that moves, as long as I never have to make that decision for real because some POS hurt my little girl!

I'm in high school and there are a ton of hot girls, or as some guys say. "eye candy" :Dou: After awhile it gets old. And you realize, "Wow all these girls are sluts." There all trying to look there best, which I respect. But c'mon there is a limit. I've gone out with 2-3 chicks, but after the last one I dont want to spend money on them.

*sigh* on the other hand you just intimidate those guys who are good natured and wouldn't hurt your daughter anyway. See, some of us, like me for example, have a hard time even talking to the female species. It's rough, read my blog for some stories on the pains I've been through with them. Now add onto that the dad already hating most guys and is pushing weigh on you when you're already up to your eye balls in trying to just make the girl happy.

You can scare the nice guys away if you get too crazy about this "protectivity" thing. eventually you just have to trust your daughter to make the right choices. Of course, this comes in around the ages of 21-22 lol... They say girls grow up faster than guys.. i seem to think they are both immature until they've hit some serious sh.. i mean crap.. in life.

Just remember, don't treat all the guys like they're out to "abuse" your daughter. You want your daughter to be interested in nice guys... sometimes hard to find, so don't make things harder than they have to be.

NOTE: i am not a parent.. so this is all from my experience on meeting parents and such who tend to be a bit over protective of their daughters. THe bad guys give the nice guys a lot of trouble in this department.

I cannot stand how this happened. This guy was obviously a sick bastard. If a girl won't kiss you, or talk to you move on forget about it. I always believe the right girl/guy is out there for everybody you just have to find them.

man... seriously.. if you're 13, you have better things to do.. like study and do your homework. in the end it'll be worth it. you want the kissy face stuff... trust me, it's not all it's cracked up to be. just wait it out, when you're ready and she's ready (whoever that will be, and not likely the 15 year old) then you'll know. just. work on your cars, do your homework and goto school
