I had a wild hair like week after seeing the (Wild Hogs) movie, and pulled it by buying a Harley Sportster. First motorcycle I've owned in 20 years. Don't know how long I'll keep it. Just wondering how many of my brothers in muscle have bikes to enjoy along with our cars? I think I'll name this one (Wild Hair)ou: Don :3gears:
I have an '03 Night Train and I love it. Don't get to ride it as much as I would like, but it sure is nice when I do.
I have a 70 Triumph Bonneville 650.Just wish it did not go through Hurricane Katrina.Once my house is done,I am getting it rebuilt if there is enough money left over.Looking forward to it.
I have an '03 Night Train Anniv Edition, and an '07 Street Glide :TU: and it looks as of today a '73 TX125 Harley one lunger
I have a 1970 Suzuki 500 Titan 2-stroker. Been in the family since new. Don't have a Harley yet but maybe some day.
We both love ridding them but we do not have the time . We put about 200 miles a year on our Buicks , so we we don't need another trophy in the garage . Last Bike was a Sportster . Bruce has always wanted a Classic . p p :TU:
Well I used to... I sold it to buy a Buick! (and I haven't looked back).... It was fun though... now I just follow my Harley friends on trips, and we trade off... no shortage of takers to drive the convertible!
Geezer-Glide for me. My latest Harley is an '07 FLHTCU. I can already tell this may be one of my favorites so far. I haven't owned one since some Nut parked his 4WD truck on top of my bike and me....about 5 years ago. But, this is my latest ride. Blackcherry, with Profile wire wheels, and most of the options.... I will customize this bike some next winter....but for now, I am gonna ride it.
Re: Geezer-Glide for me. 3shields, nice full dresser:TU: Off topic, but that looks like a mid-year vette door leaning against the garage wall?????
Re: Geezer-Glide for me. Thanks... As a matter of fact, it is a 66 door. I have a post in the "Help from above" section, which is covering the build-up of that car. Here is the link. http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?p=953859#post953859 John
Hauk67, I can'y even say hayabusa! Bet that D--n thing is scary. And I'm trying to guess what a turbo air shifter is. Sounds like what Brian needs to replace the 3 on the tree. I can see his thinking cap on already.:Smarty: :Brow:
This kinda upsets me to talk about it but I had a 1947 Indian Chief till about two years ago and it pains me every time I think about the stupid move I made when I sold it,I am crying as I write this.........
