I will pay extra for a Room at Host Hotel

I stayed there before it changed owners and became the Alma Motel. Here is an old photo-

 

:eek2: :shock: Actually, that's not too far off!! Perhaps I'll have to forego the hot shower option........

 

Is that the place that is on rt. 46, but straight through the light (leaving the Comfort Inn) on the north side of the road? If so, that's where the wife & I stayed the first time we came to the PSMCDR...it was also the last time!

 

Nope, this one's on the north/south road that intersects with M-46 at the Comfort Inn. It is south of the Comfort. You're either thinking of the "Sail Inn" which is west on M-46 or the "Petticoat Motel", which is east on 46.

There is also another motel east of downtown called the Triangle Motel. I found a neat gadget today - Yahoo maps. It will show all the hotels right on the map with hyperlinks!!

 

WHEW! Got a call Friday night from Days Inn, a room opened up! :TU:

Now I don't have to take my chances at the Psycho motel. :laugh:

 

I know its pretty late, but there is a room opening at Comfort Inn the host hotel.
