what are u talking about??? i know exactly what it is-i am a PROFESSIONAL CARB REBUILDER-it is a 7027240
Where is your shop located? what would the ball park price be to overhaul my spare 7024240. It doesn't need to be rebushed.
You're price is more than fair, but the shipping back and forth from here, wouldn't make any sense. Thanks anyway, Gary
Thanks, but I'm good. I just wanted a spare and maybe I'll try throwing a kit in myself.. The one on the car now is working well.
I could sell my 67 carb off my Riviera right now, I'm looking to upgrade to an 800 soon anyway. It's a very well done carb by Ken at Everyday Performance and is just under two years old. It's doing excellently on my car. I'm in Connecticut and would ship This thing is currently DIALED IN with an afr gauge and bigger air bleeds for a mild 455. It’s probably the perfect carb for you.
Keep in mind an 800 CFM carburetor off of a 70 or later engine will not bolt right on your 67 intake. The intake is cast in such a way that the later carburetors interfere and will not bolt down correctly. It might work if you run a spacer plate though.
