Well Guys.. Martin is coming fast, who's ready, who's Thrashing??? My Car is as ready as it's gonna get, other than Rhonda doing the wash and wax. Rhondas car is as always- the tried and true soldier ready to go at a moments notice.:3gears: Plan was to put Rhonda in the Blue 69 and let her Giggle.. Still leaving it up to her.. Now that I'm home from the hospital a few days, Swelling and pain are going away Fast!... Starting some at home Physical therapy hardcore. Who know's- almost 2 weeks to go.. Maybe I'll be ALOT better and be able to run also :Brow: Either way, we will both be there. And cant wait to see everyone..
Trans is out of Ron's '71 GTO. Starting to wonder if we are going to make it. Definitely not going to get any testing in if we do. Still need to get the trailer out of storage. Still need to get my motor, trans and parts up to MI between now and then also. I seemed to have plenty of time 4 weeks ago..... Jody

As I stated in another Martin thread, we live just a short distance north of Martin. Anyone who does not want to leave their rig in a motel lot is welcome to drop it here. Lots of room and no one will mess with it. (My wife is a damned good shot and hates thieves) We also have plenty of tools and access to a few local shops if the need arises. PM me if you want my cell number, if you want to park here or want my number in case of any emergency.
Trailer Drop Off Thursday At The Track? I'm assuming we can drop our trailers off at the track Thursday afternoon/early evening like we have in years pass. Terry usually is there with his rig which has worked out very well keeping the track available to us the afternoon before for drop offs. If that's not the case this year could you post that? I'll be there with the Chevy II and son Cameron will be thundering down the strip in his '64 Impala. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Thomas

There's a Race coming up ??? One of my favorite races of the year, But By FAR the worst promoted.. Rusty... We are staying in Plainwell
Hey Guys, we may have slacked a little pimping the race on the regular web sites. We figured the guy's on this site already know about the Martin event and it is posted in the "upcoming events" section. This year we have pimped the race plenty, spent $1400+ on advertising in the Cruise-n-News for a couple of months, we even paid extra to have the event posted on the cover. We probably announced this race on different web sites 10 times more than any other year, Facebooked the heck out of the event, etc,etc. Cut us some slack here, please... How many times does Jensen come on this site to announce his race? He doesn't need too. You guy's do the pimping for that event. Maybe give us a hand too.. it would be greatly appreciated, for sure.
