Thank you for the pics. Man O Man, that is an amazing Buick. I love everything about it. Even the wild interior is amazing. If I had seen that interior in another brand of car, I may have not liked it. As a factory show car, it's amazing. I've seen some other pics of this car and I have to say, I really like the Olds Trumpet exhaust tips. O' that built-in front spoiler is amazing too. I hear Brad saved big bucks for 10 years to buy that car. Well my friends, he bought the best of the best. Awesome is the only word coming to my mind right now. Vet
That's not the only awesome car Brad had..He had the one and only Black 71 GSX as well as a couple other rare cars too.
Interesting to see who's still hanging around almost 20 years later. I've been here since the beginning but wasn't all that active on here back then, and not at all from about '09-16.
Cost him a whooping $1850. And it needed tires. I remember him telling me he worked at Kroger when he bought it.
The black GSX was purchased by one of his friends from school off of a small car lot here in southeast Ohio. Then later it was sold to Brads father Marvin who had it restored.
If you hover over someone's username, it will show a number that's their sequential member number, in the link, after their username. It also shows when quoting and replying. You're #388. There are a few of us who migrated over from when this was an email list. However, I was more active then than I am now.
Thanks! I'm almost always on here on my phone so can't hover but will check that out next time I'm on here on a computer. I migrated here from the old GSCA site. I was #8xx in the GSCA in late '84/early '85.
You are #388 Also, it't not a popup when you hover, it's a link that appears below in the browser. You link includes your #.
I had my yellow GSX there with iron stage 2 heads on it. My "Buick brother" had a white GSX there. We hauled both cars on a semi trailer. Sadly I sold the yellow X but a couple of years ago I was able to purchase the White X that was wrecked in 84-85 and was parked under repaired.
