Hey Chris will you take payments for like the next 10 years or so? I'd offer to trade you a red 70 convert for it, but you have been their done that already. Car looks great. Tony

haha, your not fooling me Tony, you already have a deposit on the convertible, otherwise I might take you up on that trade offer. Your convertible is an automatic, and that would work fine for my wife. I would probably have to put a few mustang or camaro emblems on it, but I think I could pull it off.

    Chris,

The 39 Plymouth could be worked out. Fun little 5 window coupe :3gears:
The 64 Wildcat dual quad car is possible, but I havent even put 3 miles on it yet since getting it back from the body shop and upholsterer's.
The Riv convert, I could drive it out and have a ball taking a road trip.

    See there are endless possibilities!!!

I will be flying into Portland on friday afternoon and heading up to Fossil OR. to fish for awhile. I dont fly out untill wednesday. Maybe tuesday ????

I still have the 69 and the 70 convertibles. Selling this one so I can buy something that my wife would enjoy driving.

I need to sell this car, I have found something for my wife (not a buick), I should be talking to the owner soon to see if we can reach an agreement on the car. Don't miss out on this one, make me an offer I can't refuse.

Might be a little too "custom" for some of your taste's, but what can I say, it has eye appeal!

I like it, and I usually don't like old Mustangs. She should be happy if you get it. I bet she will go topless for you.

    Chris,

...for the love of GOD man, you must not sell that BUICK for that MUSTANG??????When I die, I will do cart wheels in my grave. Oh, yeah, and a moment of silence for all the MUSTANGS my BUICK ATE FOR LUNCH!!!

Figure out another way to satisfy the need for driving bliss for the MRS.

    Please reconsider.

There is the problem, I am a vodka man, not a gin man. :beer

I would buy the Mustang whether I sell the Buick or not, and I am selling the Buick whether I buy the Mustang or not, one is not dependent upon the other, so I am not really selling the Buick to buy the Mustang.

I am buying my wife a car. I am selling the Buick. See, separate sentences.

    Chris,

How about taking my 72 GS Stage 1 Riv as partial trade.

Thanks for the offer Tim, but I need a smaller car for my wife, not a bigger one. I am not sure I could even fit a Rivy in my garage, my A-bodies don't have much extra room!

I have had some interesting trade offers, but as of this morning, the car is still for sale. Who knows, maybe a car or two will sell at Indy and then a cash deal can be done for mine? :Do No:

Anyway, still available and I am considering all serious offers. I did have my carb rebuilt/tuned this weekend, and between that (all 4 barrels now properly working) and now knowing the proper shift points for this car (the tach doesn't work, so I never knew where the RPM's were at, and drove VERY conservatively), this thing is absolute blast to drive. If we have nice weather over the 4th of July weekend and I get in some serious driving time, I may change my mind on selling it. :bglasses:
