Black carpet. Pearl yellow headliner. You can get the seat covers and door panels from Legendary. You'll need to dye a white headliner and sunvisors. Check with Tower paints for the correct paint code. I'm still trying to figure out how to do the windlace dye.

Yellow headliner? What about that 9k gs400 that had a black headliner?

Bottom line is OPG is trying to make a buck and that is it.

Here is a picture of George's car when he got it as well as Jarrod's car. Both are known original interiors. You can do black or yellow. It's your car to do what you'd like.

I'm just asking... That car is listed as being all original. But if you know for sure then it all good. What color are these pieces supposed to be?

    seat backs?
    top of doors?
    rear speaker deck?

and how the heck do you dye a headliner? Nobody out there sells it? OPGI sells fawn windlace is that close?

You can see in the pictures that have been posted that the seat backs and top of doors are pearl yellow. That's why I mention Tower paint. They have the correct color you need.

As for the rear speaker deck, I'm not sure. I think it should be yellow as well. That's what I plan on doing. I have not found the correct headliner yet. Maybe ask Legendary if you call them? There has been discussion here before on how to dye interior pieces and what products work best. Try searching and I'm sure you'd come up with what you'd need.

Actually, the confusion on the trim number may be all Buick's fault...

"OPGI sells fawn windlace is that close?"

Fawn is the off white interior color that is also called Dove in some factory literature, and it is NOT the correct color, but that is the color I would start with to dye it yellow.

There are quite a few buick & olds interior colors out there with interior pieces that are not available. Some buy original material from SMS and pay thru the nose, while others end up dying the parts.

"..........and how the heck do you dye a headliner?"

It's easy, you cut out the headliner pieces dye each piece, and then sew it up.

Does anyone know the part number for the pearl yellow dye? I called tower paints and they have no idea what I'm talking about... :(

According to that chart, 193* is saddle buckets. And there isn't a code listed for yellow at all.

As far as the package tray and carpet, my car came with 194B light fawn interior. The carpet and tray were both black.
I often wondered about the black headliner in the infamous 9K black car. They probably didn't have a headliner to match so they just threw in a black one. That car has me baffled on a couple of items. It also has upside down pinstripes on it.:Do No:

B=Buckets on Flint built cars, from what i've seen.
