New and exciting disaster~

    Well!

    After much talking on phones, contacting people online, and a fair amount of begging, I may have a line on a place that has eight of these oversize lifters

    If they really do, and they will part with them, I will buy all eight in case this is a thing another Buick guy runs into :TU:

    Found!

    Two 0.010" oversize GM hydrualic lifters are on their way to my place.

    I only need one, PM me if you need an oversized lifter :TU:

    Yes, I wish I could send that guy I talked to at Crane a photo of my dial calipers measuring one of these lifters on a daily newspaper that shows today's date, with a note that reads:

    "Ppppppppppppppffffffffffffffttttttttttttt!"

    I suspect if i had an engine he was 'interested in' he could have actually helped , but helping takes effort...

    if you have adjustable push rods you can use a chevy lifter I think comp cams has them in their catalog in oversizes I used the chevys with my hydraulic cam and had no problems that was after 13 if 16 buick ones from ta bled down you could adjust and re adjust and when you started watching low and behold the lifter wouldt hold the pressure!!!
