The air at Atco was superb! The track (for me, anyway) was hooking fine. I leaned the carb out quite a bit, based on Paul Cassidy's dyno session. R/T.... .041 60'..... 1.95 1/4.... 13.36@102.14 Yay ME!!!!!!!!
WOW :3gears: that is freakin' awesome Yards. Great job :TU: :beer I bet you got a big ol' smile on your face. Big Red better look out, we're all coming after him :moonu: Beth  P.S. Dana says "attaboy" :3gears:
I got a picture of ya today Yardley... way to go. I'll send more Buick picts from Atco today in a few minutes.
Here are some more picts from Atco. Sorry, I do not know which members own which cars. But hey, I'm new to this and I'm sure I'll meet the rest of ya soon enough. ~69SkyInNJ
Hey 69sky... GREAT SHOT!!!! That's my brother in the far lane in his '03 Cobra. I blew his ever-livin' DOORS OFF TWICE today!!! Yes, he had zero traction in 1st and 2nd gear, but that doesn't mean anything in the scheme of racing! Hey sky, please refresh my memory... what is your 1st name?
It's Ch... pronounced (Shea). FTR, I really thought there would be more pre '73 Buicks at Atco. I was hoping to see some 68-69 cars to see what they had under the hood. There sure were a lot of GN's and Regals though. I was dissapointed to see so many Buicks go down to the Mustangs today during the Round Robin. Of course, most of the Buicks had a .5 to 2-3 second delay at the 'tree'. Oh well, enough of my rambling...
Freakin' AWSOME Yardman :TU: :beer :TU: :beer :TU: I bet kicking your brothers :moonu: was sweet icing on your cake  uzzled: uzzled: Ya Think ??? I know something you dont know I know something you dont know I know something you dont know neener neener neener neener
Congrats Jeff on your new time! That Riv can fly! :bglasses: Looks like a few great matchups between the buicks and stangs. Looks like a fun time. Sweet looking buicks and even the stangs look cool. :3gears: :TU:
Whatchoo talkin about Willis.....er .......Wander o No: Thinking about some new spark plugs or something? :boring: Make sure you gap em properly p Cant wait. :3gears: D. :TU:
Nothing THAT dramatic .... Im just NOT going to refill the winshield washer bottle. I figure with THAT much less weight and spit-shining the Hood tach lense on Da Wagon should be good enough to keep Beth off BigRed's heels p :moonu:
Yo!! Yardman, It was great watchin you eat that mustang!! :TU: Sorry I didn't get a chance to talk to you. I was in the stands most of the day enjoying the racing. I could've swore you were jinxed when the first 3 times after your burn-out and coming to the tree, they stopped the racing to fix problems with the track!! I could only laugh imaging your lanquage at the time, What was up with that???? Or am I the only one who realized it was "always when you were up??? Congatulations on your new times :beer :beer . PS I didn't get to see what tires you were running what were they?? o No:
Way to go brother!!!! Heavy Metal beating up on.... the.... what was that...I don't know...some little car.
Congratulations Jeff! I bet the car felt really good on those passes! What was the previous best, 13.52 or 13.72 - I can't remember exactly? That's a nice improvement. Awesome! Based on our discussions, what'd you end up with for jets? Just wondering how big of a drop you went in sizes. Paul
