Plan to finish the hood on the GT-37 this weekend. But since money is well, not in excess at the moment, I'll still be running with no tach and a worn out posi. Thanks to Tom Miller at least I'll have a more correct shifter arm. :TU: Looks like I've got lots of winter projects for the car huh? Also, I have a line on an extra hotel room if any one is in need. I'm hitting the road for Texas here in about 5 minutes (getting a cool daily driver!), so I'll shoot you a PM with my phone #, or if you prefer, just hold onto the room until tomorrow and I'll catch up with you then... So, if I get junior's room, I'll have an extra "single Queen" room left at the Comfort Inn, if any last minute folks need it...I'd be glad to pass it along to anyone needing it.

All three of us (Mahers) will be racing this year at Stanton. Son Eric with his 68 Z. I'll have my 67 SS Chevelle and Young son Justin, Because he is a ways off from getting his 69 SS Nova done, will be racing my 69 Chevelle ray: . We just got to change the exhaust, cam, tires and wheels. Justin will be 16 on the 16th Of Sept. (Sunday). We'll Probably have birthday cake in our pits again this year.
Larry, Rich Rinke and I will all be racing. We will have Rich converted to a Pontiac and he will be racing a familar car to you all. Not saying what yet but everyone will immediately know it. We tried to get a cetian Pontiac guy who was very fimiliar with the car to drive it at the shoot out and race but he respectfully declined I am sorry to say. Enough clues. I am on the fence as to what I will race after the HPP shoot out I may go back home and pick up the SC/360. It is a much improved effort over the mess of last year. Even had time to see it twice in the review mirror of my AMX. Sorry Larry little brother is still undefeated on the street against you. What is it now 150 to 0? Heck since Friday night at Woodward you've gone down four times. Darn it is fun beating up on an older brother! Larry will be running the LS6 Vette. Motor is fixed and yesterday it settled in the engine bay nicely. Rich in a Pontiac for both HPP and PS race... I will run something. At the HPP PS Shoot Out Larry will run his over optioned '69 T/A, Rich in a Pontiac and me, not sure yet. I had it figured out and now I don't. Mark
