sorry about the confusion Len, i do not think i am going to go the 455 route, it seems too much to change (is it really? would i need a new tranny?) and i am on a tight budget (still a student) about the 350 "available shortly", approximately how long would that be. I'm picking up a hoist tomorrow and will pull my engine by the weekend. just wondering, will the 455 and 350 most likely need a rebuild, or just a clean up? also what kind of mileage do they have, and what parts from the 455 are you going to include and is it from a large Buick or from a gs? Rob do both those engines run good? (a long trip just to hear them run) is one better than the other, what kind of millage on the motors? any pictures?
