The chopped GS in the field needs to be saved!

    This car is sitting on a hillside in NY and can not be seen from the road. I went up and bought the 4 speed pedals, column and hump out of that car. That thing is rotted out. In fact I have the cowl tag in my possession. There really is nothing there worth saving. I also got the rear side markers and radiator support cross bars.

    Ya know..... The show car, especially the lowered roof-line, looks pretty good. Bondo or no bondo, I'll bet the custom work took a ton of skill, time and money to to complete.

    Just saw this Chevelle while cruising CL and reminded me of the top chop GS. Did anything ever come of this car yet, or is it still just sitting outside?
