Just did a search, it is called high tack and is a Permatex product, and should be readily available at any parts store.
I just did the whole front end a couple months ago. What a pain, and ended up having to do some Helicoils to fix previous owners hack job. I have the oil pressure set to 40 with a new pump...and yeah, it's leaking more RTV than it should be. More lazy previous owner.
