edit: I check on the NHRA site and it appears that I am okay with my snell 95 for a couple of more years. I do know that I am going full face on my next one!

For a "full frame" car with unaltered floorpans going 10.99 to 10.00 a roll bar is acceptable. The window net is required when you have a roll cage, but not the roll bar.

At least that's the way it has been historically. I better verify for 2007, though...
