Thanks for letting me hang with you guys, I had a blast.

I really enjoyed the laid back atmoshere I saw at KC last Fall and now SL. No competition, just good heads up racing, showing the crowd what these cars are capable of. IMO, what PS/FAST racing should be about.

I would encourage everyone to be in KC this Fall at the next MCR.

My family and I had a blast. We came up to KC last year and saw some of the race and all of the rain:(
Thanks to Rusty and Steve, etc... for getting the FAST program as a part of the show in STL. Thanks to every guy there for talking to this spectator who was crazy enough to bring the whole family. Outstanding cars with owners that'll let you drool all over them (and drive them if the trans wasn't acting funny).
Gateway will be "our" race from now on since we have friends there and it's easy to catch up on life. Take care and have fun in Martin.

Thanks Steve. She got on the plane ok. I had to backtrack b/c the highway I needed was closed. We got back to OKC about midnight on Sun.
Love your car. It makes me remember a Challenger a buddy (chevy guy) had just after high school. We knew where a big car was with a running 440 but wasn't sure how it was gonna fit:)

Wanted to be there but ran out of leave. Got some tuning issues sorted out while I was home though. Ole' Bessy is dialed in and wants to run!:3gears: Got to fix the ring & pinion first though:rant: Wanted to do a little stop light GP test-n-tune, but the rear needs some TLC before I can get it out on the road. Will be back home next Apr. Maybe I'll get er done then.......

Sound is horrible on the video. Just could not resist getting it out of the cage and running it though. Click the picture to watch. :Brow:

Hey guys, Rusty & I promise to have results posted by Sunday night. Things were a little hectic for me Monday when I arrived back at work to find out our 3 week old Bobcat S250 was stolen over the weekend. I have spent most of this week cleaning up that mess.

    PS- nice looking OLDS!

Looks like I'll be off to Livorno Italy next April unless I make E-7. Then all bets are off.:Do No: The Sand Box maybe? Rears are 295r50-15's er....uh......G70-14...:Dou: :Brow:
That 66 is far from a hemorrhoid. But a red 4-speed H/O would be something to see.:TU: I'd take either one of them.
Changed the gears before I left last year but got the pinion depth off. Damn thing sounds like a washing machine on spin cycle now. Going to have to fix it before I can get it to a track. I need to find someone who sells the crush sleeve and shims for the type O rear too.

Dave, you should try the 275/60R15 BFG Drag Radials on the back of your red "H/O." You'll be pleasantly surprised by the way they hook on the street. You can still do a smoke show when desired, but the car will be launching as they spin. The first time I stepped on it with the drag radials, it felt like the front end was coming a foot off the ground, as compared to how the plain-ol' street radials let the car just sit there while they spin.

You could also step up to 245/60R15 on the front to better match the diameter on the back.

Supercars Unlimited. Greg Rollins is a great guy. Hope you avoid the sandbox. Too F'in hot there and someone told me you can't drink there or look at any of their women.

No can do with the under bumper scoops. I tried these 235/60R15's on the Ramrod and they just barely clear. Those scoops are too expensive. Have to watch that on a 68/69.

Talked me into it. 275's it is.
