Yup. She died in November of a particularly aggressive form of breast Cancer. She is in a better place now then she was in 2022 - a year that I would like to forget.
So sorry to hear that. I'm sure your memories of her are many and rich. I kind of feel lucky to have had the best of both worlds. I was single until I was 42. This allowed me to do whatever the heck I wanted. Then I lucked into finding a woman who, yes is crazy, but is also pretty patient with me (lol), and has her own stuff. No paperwork beforehand needed. If she decides she's sick of my sh1t, I and down by the river under the bridge with Michael.
