I saw Loverboy in concert back in 81 or 82. We were standing on the front row, hanging over the railing. I even got one of Paul Dean's guitar picks when he threw it in the crowd. But I gave it to the girl that I took to the concert. They put on a great show.

 

This tune makes the hair on my neck stand up. it has it all, melody, rhythm, and the need for solo

Anyone remember this song, or group? Long version. They sound as good live as on the album. From what I read, there were contract disputes, etc. so the album is a bit rare. Worth the listen.

Back in the early 80's, in addition to all the Heavy Metal, New Wave & Alternative, I was listening to the Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Flipper, Butthole Surfers, PIL & the Sex Pistols, etc. I'm not sure how most of that would go over here...
