I was driving around on Monday, guess what I found hiding in a barn :Brow: . I will try to post some pictures:kodak: Thursday. The guy's that I have already talked to about the car, please wait to say what it is thanks, now I need to decide WHERE to race it P/S or F.A.S.T.:3gears: or maybe both.:bla: the more the merrier right!
Terry Leave the Vette in Pure Stock, give the Camaro to your kid for Christmas,(or donate it to me)and build that new "thing" you found in barn for F.A.S.T!!! But then again.....what the heck do I know..
Boy Wayne, Funny you say that,on the way to pick up the car Jordan said how much he would like to have a car to race, Julie and I bought him a 1967 Camaro RS SS 396 375 HP about 6 years ago now he wants to redo it. I might need a BIGGER trailer.
Can't believe you picked it up cause I didn't think front drivers were allowed ou: - http://pubat0.pennswoods.net/cgi-bi...e=view&viewcategory=Cars&adindex=831288693779
Now you know it's gonna be another Bowtie. C'mon, this is a Pennington tallking!!
Uh oh, looks like it's got three carburetors. :eek2: Gotta hide that MSD for pure stock though..... :TU:
Well, On the way home, listening to Julie complain about never getting ANY seat time with her engine in the her vette, it got me thinking about getting another vette. With her doing the complaing it was a GREEN light to get another car right? Now, I can really make a true F.A.S.T. effort and not have to worry about switching the car back and forth. :Brow: The vette is a real BB vette with 35.0000 miles, and it just happens to be orange! Now what engine combo to go with L-88 or 427/435 tri carb hmmmm?????
WOW You only seem to find orange cars .I always found green cars.I do like orange on a muscle car.:3gears:
Thats the coolest car I've seen you with yet Terry.:TU: Hemi Orange,Four Speed with a Six Pack:TU: Now don't go messing it up with the you know whatou:
NICE! I'll bet that is a rare one with the 427 six pack 4 speed drivetrain. Run it Pure Stock for a few seasons before you stroke it for FAST.
Why is it the only thing I usually find in a barn I end up scrapping off the bottoms of my boots???? Nice find Terry, plus the added bonus that it will make Julie happy! :bglasses:
Throughout the years some people have claimed that a well-tuned L-89 could knock down an L-88 in a street-trim drag race. This is your opportunity to prove it! :spank:
