to make that car anything other than a NHRA blueprinted Pure Stock would be a crime, ultimately punishable by forfeiting the car to me ray: :Brow: :laugh:
I hear what you are saying Rob,and while the L89 may respond better to SS mods,(which are many)that does not mean the the package will be better in Pure Stock trim.Heck,the L88 was not even legal in Stock until 05 or 06.(which is a good story by the way).SS/AA record now is held by Dave Thomas with a 1969 L88 Vette,8.65@152.90mph.
