21 years selling real estate, great living but you work all the time and I really hated it that last five years or so. then Worked as a service plumber for two years, buddy let me work mon, wed and friday. Covid-19 hammered work in the area so I took five months off until cabin fever got too much to take. now I am working for another buddy remodeling houses which I have a lot of experience from flipping houses. If I work all week - Great. If I am off all week - Great again.

It's unfortunately all self-taught since most of the instructors died when the quartz watch displaced the old mechanical movements. This is my retirement project; - right now I play with good quality American pocket watches but have done Swiss wristwatches and old English Verge-fusees from the 1700s.
