I bought this car sight unseen. I was thinking that I would fix it but I really don't have the time to. So,its being sold. It's a 67 GS 400 that came up here from Georgia a while back and sat in a barn. I am told that the original owner passed away and the car was shipped up here as part of the will. The car sat in the Georgia sun and it shows. From what I can see,it had just a respray of paint years ago....I see no body work that was done. The car is pretty solid. It has holes around the rear window and a few on the roof. I see a spot on the drivers fender and lower quarter but that's about it for body rot that I can see. I think that its rotted under the battery tray also. The floors are pretty solid with a few spots on the passengers floor board and a few in the trunk as pictured. The frame and underside of the car along with the body mounts are very nice as far as I can tell. Car has a 68 430 engine in it and the original transmission. Motor seems to run decent and the car goes into gear . The water pump is shot and its pouring coolant out of it so I didn't run it long. The car has no brakes as the rubber hoses are dry rotted. Interior is beat. Car has power windows, locks bench seat and trunk but the door panels are off and the seat just clicks but won't move. I am selling the car the way I bought it. I only cleaned the junk out of it. All trim appears to be there and is pretty decent too. Windshield is cracked. I want $3000 for the car. Price is firm. Car is sold with the last Georgia registration and bill of sale. I only have what is pictured...
Mileage reads 67,xxx...not sure if it's actual

I have the door panels with emblems and window switches. They are pretty rough but are included. The website won't let me download the pics along with the trim, jack, etc. I can't download that pic either...

I have had interest in parting the car. If it doesn't sell soon, that may be an option. PM me for more info

If you part, I'd be interested in the rear wheel trim.

NOTE: the car does not have power locks or AC. It has power windows, seat , vacuum power trunk release and passenger mirror. Had a vinyl top. Thanks for the interest

In addition to the rear wheel moldings I have first dibs on, I'd also like to express my interest in the trunk release, power window motors and switches, and maybe the front seats depending on condition. Let me know if you part it.

Update: the transmission is not original. The brake hoses are not leaking and the e brake is all intact as well. Frame is very nice and every metal line is in great shape. Upon further inspection, both inner fenders and radiator support are in great shape with no rot. This car should be fixed. For sure. Also, 3 of the 4 wheel opening moldings are in nice shape with the drivers rear having a crease at the body line. Still a good driver quality piece. I will know when I get home after the weekend if I am selling the car complete or parting it out. Just keeping everybody posted that asked.
