I'm out of town right now until Sunday or Monday. I will make my decision by then about parting the car or not. A lot of interest but I haven't seen any principal yet. If I do part it, I will honor the interest of members who posted here first. After that, I will start a new post in the part out section.

This GS 400 looks like are very solid and original Georgia car.
It would be a shame to part it out.
Hope you can sell it as complete project, so it can be saved.

Yes Rich, it is real solid. It's nice to look under a 50 year old car up here and see it in this condition. All of the steel gas and brake lines are original and come loose with a wrench. I checked the brake system and there is nothing coming from the master. These cars were much worse than this one 30 years ago when I bought them. Hard to find them up here that are not all full of filler and totally rotted underneath

I hear you. I can move a little on the price to help out with shipping as I know that it's expensive at times. I feel the car is reasonably priced and won't move too much.

I really don't want any trades as I'm only selling this car because of time restraints. Basically why I don't want to part it either. I have found another 67 GS that is a driver and in good shape. I will probably just buy that and give it a preventative maintenance weekend and just drive it. I love the cars but have little time to restore anything right now. I can't send pics until tomorrow as I'm out of town. Thanks for your interest

Ok. Selling the front and rear wheel opening moldings. $300 each pair shipped. Or $500 for both sets shipped. Redman is first, Ziggy is second. See ad in parts for sale section...

I agree. It's hard to believe that a car that is this solid will be virtually a parts car. I don't think that $3000 is any money at all , especially for a big block 67 GS that runs and yard drives but I must be wrong.

If I was in the states I'd already have it! Love the look of the 67 GS. Especially when I read the price was negotiable for shipping.

Might depend on one's definition of solid.

Edit: Incidentally, I am not bashing the car, it's all fixable just depends on one's talent and resources. Anything is fixable I suppose.

You are correct. Those window channels are common as we all know on here. Car does need a lot of work. I'm not hiding anything from anybody. I have listed it on EBay with no reserve. If the sale falls through, I will cut it up and junk it. For a few thousand bucks, it's not worth the aggravation.
