Ok, is it at least a GS400, or just a Skylark dressed for the part?

I’m slightly blowing off steam here so bear with me. What I don’t like is all the guys of the forum and else where that are all for reboding or switching stage stuff into cars that are non stage but are the first to call it out as a fake. I don’t believe in reboding or making a car look higher then the level came off the line at. And as a result of that we have this. Time wasted, a lot of questions, and some irritation . When leave the car at what it is. If you don’t have the coin for the real deal keep saving and wait your turn.
I hope this makes sense. The older generation is dying off. I’m probably one of the youngest guys on the board and that has stayed somewhat consistent since 06. Now as that generation is dying we’re stuck trying to figure out what the heck it is that was built. And I believe will see more and more of this. You might blame the seller but if his dad dies and never had an interest in the older classic model cars who do you blame when it comes to selling a car that says one thing but is completely different???

car is a 69 convertible 400. By vin.

Still a 69 GS convertible. Like the white with
red bucket interior. Prices on ragtops have gone up. Maybe the guy will make a deal now that he knows it isn't a Stage 1.

The car should be pulled off marketplace but will be re listed. If you’re looking for a project car that has mostly everything there it’s got it.

Yes it is. I would look at it in person if you’re interested. This is why I did not post pictures or details of the car. Because what I might think is a project car might be a cruiser to you or a weekend car show warrior. What a show car to me is a fully done frame of correctly done car. It may be worth a peak if your interested.

So what is the deal with the "Driven 3,741 miles" - is that 103741? or is the milage that low?
