There is no support in the center of the bumper, so what prevents the center of the bumper from being pushed up when the car is lifted with one of those slings?
Worst design ever...and guys still use them on these new cars they murder the bumpers..whoever come up with that needs to be drug down a gravel road by his toes...
It murders them. Those straps contact the bumper right by the license plate where there is no support. Ask me how I know
Yeah even 30 + years ago a couple times when I needed a tow I told them to send out a flat deck otherwise they aren't towing my car.

They said it was a date code correct replacement engine rebuilt to stage 1 specs but it was not a stage 1 originally.
