    Rolf,

I will grab the cruise master and lower cable for you next weekend. I think I know what the release valve at the brake pedal is, but what/where exactly is the power unit and bracket assembly?

The steering wheel cross, the silver section is very nice. The wood grain on the left is nice. The wood grain in the center that says "BUICK" is nice. The wood grain on the right side has a big chip in it. Its yours for $5 if you still want it.

As for the shipper, I'll get all your parts boxed up and weighed, and then start looking for a good shipper. Paypal will be fine, and I'll make up a nice invoice for you.

Oh, I took the name of "the power unit" from my service manual : look to the picture down here. It works with the vaccum hose, could get a leak and so I thought that it could be good to have a spare ... . But I dont really need it now, so when you want to keep it or sell it in other hands thats okay, Mike.

I take it - the center cross of the steering wheel !

But how is the right dash panel I asked you for in my last post here ? If you would sell that too and it still is in good quality I would take this also b/c mine was cut open for an aftermarket CD/radio.

    Thanks again, Mike

What does the hood look like. If it's nice enough I would take it if shipping isn't the deal breaker. I'm in Ohio

    Thanks

Could you send a picture of the Driver's side taillight assembly, Rear trunk emblem "Electra 225", drivers rear quarter (I'd have to see how rusty it is to see if its useable), chrome eyebrow trim and rear marker lamp?

Windshield trim and Rear window trim is ok, try your best. It isnt the easiest part to pull.

I'll definitely take the engine wiring harness. Yes the "plastic" box on the firewall where the a/c plumbs in.

I couldn't tell from the pic. Is the trunk lock cover complete? Mine has the base but not the actual flip up cover so I'm looking for a replacement.

Really slammed with work. Copperheadgs's parts shipped yesterday. I got Jim Wall's check, the door is boxed, I'll work on the other box tomorrow. The rest of the parts, ASAP. Thanks for being patient everyone.

    Mike,
Take the work while you can get it. No rush here.

Checking in, I'm still alive. My "big box" is way too small for the fenders and core support, I'll have to get a bigger one.

Rolf's and Rob's stuff is still in the works.

John, the hood seems pretty nice to me, no rust and no wrecks. It is extremely heavy and awkward though. If it weighs 80 pounds or less I'd consider shipping it greyhound. I am not really making any money on this part-out. Just trying to get stuff to good homes. If you need it, I'll sell it to you. But it will be a P.I.T.A. for me :).

Not sure if I missed it but is the fan shroud support on the top sold?

I would purchase the dash pad if not cracked. I could not positively tell from the Facebook photos.

These posis are such a problem. They are rare but hard to justify removing. I need it for my 72 Centurion which has an open rear end I am 99% sure.

I would take the posi "pumpkin" or posi "guts" to add to my ring and pinion.

I live in Madrid, Iowa Zip 50156 and would prepay for the parts. If you do not want to remove these tough to get parts I also understand. I have a 72 and 73 Centurion both with bad pads.

My word, everything about this car is so big. Fenders and door are boxed, just need to invent a box for the core support.

I want people to get the parts they need, but this part out is wearing on me a bit. Haven't been able to touch my car in a month because I'm always messing with this one. I will check out the pad, get you some bigger pics, and think about the rear end. May take me a while though, I am in a bit over my head on all this.

It's the same for the 71 and 72 right? if so, how much for it + shipping to 20878?

Not even close to a rush so don't worry, but if you know whether the 71 skirts fit on a 73 then I'll take them. I'm just not sure what the cutoff year is on those.

If you're not sure then I can try to figure it out and get back to you. Just don't throw them out.

I am not really the guy to ask. I assume it would fit a 72, but I am not sure if it would be 100% "correct."

I'd let it go for 15. I bet shipping would be about 17 to that zipcode, assuming its about 10 pounds, I'll weigh it tomorrow let you know.

Electra kept the same sheet metal from 71 to 76 I think, but I am not sure on the fit. I think Rob may have asked about the skirts, I forget. Either way, I won't scrap em, you're either first or second on the list.

    The Update

I spent today trying to beat the weather on getting the 455 pulled on the Electra. I almost made it... still got drenched, but at least I wasn't laying under the car at the time. I'll head out there again tomorrow and pull a bunch of parts.

Rolf, I have your mirror, the cruise master, the lower speedo cable, and the cruise power assembly thing you wanted. I may have lost the bracket unfortunately, I need to look for it. The radio piece you were talking has been cut up unfortunately. Was that all you needed?

    Jim Wall's parts shipped yesterday.

Rob and everyone else, forthcoming, hopefully tomorrow.
