This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things.   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. You will be contacted by Teresa to make payment for the wheel(s) and return shipping and insurance when your wheel(s) is complete.     It’s actually 6 years and hardly a myth . Seen several blowouts on perfect looking tires Ozone will kill them with zero miles . and these are rough if you look . Why risk on a 70k car ?
    I guess you’re referring to the metal valve stems ?

    I think that is a washer (rough shape) for the bolt in valve stem.

    I've got twenty cars...hmm that's 80 tires and 95% are 10+ yrs old (some 20+)....never had a blowout. Obviously not driving on any that have rot or cracking. My problem is having tires that are round. Also flatspotting from sitting.....and keeping air in em all....about 5 have slow leaks about 2psi a week....:rolleyes:
