Beaver springs race is just around the corner. July 22, 23, 24 at beaver springs dragway in beaver springs pa Some updates If anyone needs to park on thursday it is no issue. Friday you can get into the track after 9am also if needed. Friday afternoon we will be doing a bbq at the track provided by the Lanier Racing family and team. Please make donations accordingly to help cover the cost of food please. Friday test and tune usually starts about 4pm Looking to start first round of eliminations for the 2 buick classes about 7pm Saturday gates open 8am Racing starts when track and staff is ready but normally before 10am Saturday car show and Buick olds pontiac cadillac track event. 3 seperate bracket classes. At conclusion of the track event there will be another 2 buick only classes that will run into the evening hours. Sunday gates 8am racing to start accordingly again. sunday is a gamblers race day with extra payout to any buicks in the final 4. Depending on car count i might adjust this and try to do a buick only class again. Depends on sponsor money, donations and buick car count. I am doing my best to give everyone a fun weekend to race and hangout. We are lucky to have a track and track owner that is accomodating and a buick guy himself. We have great things in mind to expand this event if needed depending on feedback and car count. Thank you all to the sponsors and racers that donated. Are people leaving theyre trailers at the track on Friday or bringing them to hotel amd getting overnight security like at cecil??
Almost everyone leaves them at the track. Track owner lives there so no outside issues. As far as the hotel I did not hire any security like we do for cecil since Majority if not all were at the track last year. If we feel a need for that for next year I can gladly look into that for the host hotel. John jr
Just letting everyone know, i talked to the owner of the track today and he will have 112 octane and alcohol at the track. He has plenty of both, but that is all they are going to have. 112 octane is Sunoco. Just so everyone that runs something else can be prepared. Thanks

Yo John! I’m getting ready to go in and take a shower so I can go to bed. I don’t know what hotel we are staying at. Fred didn’t tell me. I do have a case of beer already in the cooler on ice because Pennsylvania only sells warm beer by the case. I can add beer and more ice.

It's going to be HOT! Just couldn't make it this yr. but if this is going to replace Cecil I'll plan on it for next year.
