And in case you haven't already figured out I'm a fanatic about this, I black out white letters on calendar cars with a magic marker

I guess it is a conundrum. My buddy's got the same setup in the picture (torq thrust d's with bfg white letters) and they do look really sharp. But there's somethin about the foose wheel that says black to me. Dunno why....:Do No:

    I strongly prefer blackwalls

However, you can get the white letters and face them inside when you don't want to look at them. That's what I did with the Mustang tires.

    AND THE PLOT THICKENS........

look at them off the car, Im now leaning white letters. Too much side wall on the black wall to me. I'll post pics of them on the car tonight.

From the initial post I would vote Black but after seeing them on the car I say White Letters. :TU: Looks Sharp.

Too much sidewall for black. My opinion.

Ideally IMO,this how a 66-70 Riviera wheel size should be and look like.

Depends on what profile you want for your car:
    Classic Musclecar= Raised White Letters
    Modern/Pro Touring/Low Profile= Blackwalls

You have too much sidewall for blackwalls only; looks more appealing with Raised White Letters!:bglasses:

I still say black even with the big sidewalls. Would look better with low profile tires though.
