Kobe beef hamburgers smothered with Swiss cheese, guacamole, mustard, tomato, sautéed onion in the cast-iron skillet.
Just sauté some white onion in your cast-iron skillet with your favorite seasonings and butter. Then sear your hamburger patties in the same pan. Get them black on each side. Then put them over the flame for a few minutes to cook them through. Serve as shown.
Greek chicken tonight. Kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, lemon zest, garlic, chicken thighs. Stove top to oven to plate with a dose of Feta on top, served with Jasmine rice. It was good

Same old healthy food over here tonite. Grilled Salmon, basted with hot/sweet mustard my neighbor makes, over rice, broccoli & cauliflower.
Fish is always a good choice in our house. Grew up on the lower side of the middle class. We had fish, scallops, lobster at least 4 nights a week. Always fun to have the rich kids over that ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch, we would have fresh lobster rolls. Disclaimer my Grandfather was a commercial lobsterman and fisherman. Never went hungry
