    We like to do some grillin. I don't claim to cook but will stand out there and make sure stuff doesn't get burnt.

    Made a simple but filling breakfast this morning - Conecuh sausage casserole. Cooked up some Conecuh sausage, bacon & Vidalia onions. Layered this with hash browns and three cheese blend Mexican cheese and baked it in the oven for 15-20 minutes and topped it with a fried egg. Breakfast is served!

    You can’t tell from the picture but it is in a bowl and the casserole part is 2-3 inches deep. Plus there was plenty more in the cast iron frying pan!

    Unlike Fred, I’m not feeding an Army so here’s the single rack of ribs for me and the Mrs. Got it oiled and covered with my homemade rub.
