Standox is German, recently bought by DuPont. supposedly "the best." There was a thread in the paint section recently dicussing the preferences of body men on the BB. Be aware that most of the paint makers have different product lines of varying quality. I think as long as a bodyman sticks with one premium product line from primer to clearcoat you will be in good shape. Alot of it has to do with the product line your guy is comfortable with using too. Demanding he use a product he isn't comfortable and experienced using is a recipe for disaster.
