Mark your calenders F.A.S.T. and Factory Stock Racers and fans, F.A.S.T. racing is returning to US 131 Dragway in Martin Michigan in 2006! :beer

The racers have spoken, with overwelming support for a 2 day event. We have listened, and thanks to the generous support of Year One, a two day event it will be. Friday June 16th and Saturday June 17th, 2006. :TU:

We intend to make this the biggest and best F.A.S.T. and Factory stock race ever. We are still working on the details, but like last year there will plenty of fun, excitement, prizes, and most importantly - racing! Special arraingements have been made with the track for the ultimate in track prep, so we expect to see everybody running their best.

We will be announcing event details, a host hotel, schedule, prizes, and registration information as we get it developed.

The important thing now is that we have the track locked in, so mark your calenders and get those cars ready!

The best Pure Stock race is an hour from my house.

So when are you getting those headers off, manifolds on, and going to play with us! :spank: :spank: :af: :blast:

Its all good, I have that date blocked out now! Maybe I can do better on a pro tree than I did the last time! I was bad enough on that tree that I lost to Dave H.'s car (barely) :Dou: !

Careful..........Don't kick a guy when he's down. The Ramrod WILL RUN again.....not sure when, not sure how, but .........................Pro trees are a snap. Especially with a "girlie boy" automatic car. :spank: :spank:

    Don't kick a man when he's down.

That was a cheap shot Mark about my pissing block. I plan to weld them damn freeze plugs in this time around. I'll be there with THABOSS looking for some more small blocks to whoop-up on, like a 69 firebird 350H/O. Why don't you show up with the tinker toy 302. Twill be interesting don't y'all think.

    OEM,

You mean that we only get to pick on the "Bundymobile" for one race only! :Do No: Hope you find what you are looking for. If Miller is going to stay with one car for a while, I guess someone needs to rotate cars!

    Dave H,

Like I have said before, I respect the small block! I am just saying that I might get a little better on a pro tree if I have more than 4 hrs of sleep in 48 hrs! Besides, I think you will have to tangle with the ragin' Cajun. :spank: :3gears:

    baby boss

Cajun the baby boss will come out for the fall race. As it is currently suspended by a rotiss, and I just took the motor down I doubt that June is feasible.

Be nice to my cubic inch impaired 302, if I find out how to make enough torque to pull dental floss out of a banana's arse with it, look out. It will be light if nothing else. Those cars have nothing to them. No wonder big block Mach's weight low 3500 lbs. We should be good for about 3400 even, give or take my winter insulation gain.

so then I guess it doesn't matter if I bring the W-31 or not. :Do No: regardless I need to get the danged thing running right (I took it out Sat and no more pinging which is good), but I'll plan on being there. It at least gives me time to buy a real tow vehicle :Brow:
