Did you pressure test the aluminium pipes after welding? Those sucktion holes, not sure the correct therm in english, where the welder has his start/stop could possible leak.. Not saying they do, but they could..
Trying to make progress. There’s a lot to Holley dominator ECU wiring, and EFI. Still moving forward, just slowly.... Gary G
The injectors are Billet Atomizer 700’s, throttle body is a Holley 105. Billet Atomizer helped me “decide” what I needed. Thanks for the “praise” it keeps me motivated. Right now I’m scratching my head trying to figure out the ignition wiring, it’s an un- terminated universal harness, to connect from the main ECU harness to the Universal MSD Hal effect Cam Sync, and the MSD crank trigger. Wiring colors don’t seem to match HOLLEYS diagrams, and it’s their stuff...... I’ll be on hold with them tomorrow, hopefully they’ll guide me!
700s are some biggins'. Some guys prefer running two smaller sets to help w tuning down low but BA has their stuff together and makes the best injector. You can check out Devin Vanderhoof on YT. He's a holley efi guru and has a lot of tips for install and tuning.
Devin is a local guy to me,...talked to him the other day,...as Todd says he is the Holley and anything electrical man,...my buddy just finished A LOT or work in Devin's Mustang
I was going to recommend the same guy, he puts out tons of general information videos, but also hear he takes calls.
Been there done that! Been stalking him on YT for the past 6 months! If he was local to me, I might have dumped my car off to him.I talked to Holley tech this AM, and I’m back on track. Gotta go get a 3 wire weather pak connector to finish the “ignition” wiring. Gary G
21st century technology. Its great stuff. I'm sure once all ironed out you will have more control than you ever dreamed....till then its a nightmare, then you get to try to interpret all that info and make it do something Its looking great and coming alone nicely, can't wait to see results on the track.
Had to take a break from the Holley wiring, had to order weatherproof electrical connectors. Decided to mess with the dash. $6 black remnant of plexiglass fills the hole where stock instruments lived, Digital dash brackets made painted and mounted, shift light bracket adjusted and mounted, ashtray hole filled with black plexiglass and line lock indication light installed. It’s all progress....
Man that's a huge dash! That 12" holley screen would look nice in there if it didn't cost a war pension. Lol You going to put some of the switches virtual in the screen?
Yes that big screen would have been great, but just too expensive! The Holley stuff adds up fast $$$$.. Not sure how I’ll be setting up the dash yet, I know there tons of options, so probably just “basic stuff” for now.
