    Hey Rick,
I'd like to see that thing when you get it done, I'm over in Peoria. It'll give me some more inspiration to finish mine  This is what it used to look like when Imoved out here 20 years ago...

This is now, except it does have primer on it at this point!

I really don't need to much inspiration, it's more like time & money  You know how the house projects can get in the way of Buick progress. Hell I have a 70 clone in the back yard with a rollbar waiting for a race engine :pp

It took my son telling me I was full of $hit and that I'd never restore it to get me off my butt. I've seen that bottom picture of your car before, mine looked the same way a couple of months ago. The other kick in the butt for me was John P's (in mesa) car. After seeing his blue Ragtop I couldn't get it painted fast enough. Good luck on yours !!

Yeah, mine has been sitting in the garage since about 1994 :( I started on all the body work then got side tracked with a Kachina jetboat and then my 22' Advantage Sportcat. Of course like I said there's the new tile and counters we need for the house and blah blah blah. I have a couple of "friends" who roll their eyes at the mere mention of me doing something with the Buick. I'll tell ya', one day, one day I'll show 'em  You ever run your car at Firebird or Speedworld?

What did the truck run? :) We'll have to hook up one day so my wife can see what one looks like that isn't all gray and tore apart, heh heh. You're in Chandler? Friend of ours lives at 51 St and Warner, isn't that near Chandler? Got to go there today to take her to that Home Depot Expo to look at stuff, then hit the pool!

18.1 with the AC on (I forgot to turn it off), then I programmed with the superchip programmer and went 16.4 @ 88ish mph. Not bad for a Diesel, If I launch in 4 wheel drive I may be able to come close to 15's not bad for a near 8000lb truck. I think your going to be near I-10 and Warner. I'm just south/east of Firebird in Ocotillo. :beer
