I think it's totally fake. Zooming it up it looks doctored. Also, you could not drink through a straw or hold water in your mouth for that matter. It's nasty either way.

Why? Why? Why? Why would these kids or younger adults think its cool.. It's more than lets screw the establishment. Do they think it makes them more popular. No thoughts to how they will look in there 70's or 80's and become Grandparents and My opinion is these kids will and do have sex as they see the tats and body and ear cutting as kinky.. They're real. They use a plug while eating or drinking like a sink drain stopper. Lots of other gross chin & cheek gauge pics out there. You can't unsee that crap so don't go looking.....
