I have some awesome brand new parts for your new toy -- including a date coded A C Fuel Pump , specifically for a 1964 -- depending on how 100 point you want to get.....

Congrats on your new ride -- I have a lot of USA made parts -- brakes, front end, ignition, electrical, motor & transmission mounts and a whoooooooole lot more......

We are all aware that it says "blue". However, there are plenty of guys on here that were alive and bought new Buicks back then and some that actually worked in the Buick factories and can tell us what the color looked like. The blue on the engine pictured is much too "blue".
