Congrats Brian Brian, Chuck Just Showed Me The 58 This Is One Fine Looking Car. I Would Expect Nothing Less From Or By You. We Will Be Looking Forward To Seeing You In Martin. Again Good Luck And Congrats You Deserve It. Charlie :tu:
What a top notch lookin' piece of machinery you've built! Looks like Fonzie sold his soul to the debbil! They'll never know what hit them when it puts 'em on the trailer @ the PSMCD! Congrats on your win @ the show! Jeff
 No fender skirts, continental kit, power accessories, dolls, fuzzy dice, drive in speakers or food trays. Show Poodle or not........I did the car to run at P/S....the 8.00-14's must be abused. :3gears:
CLASSIC! LOL!! One of those "sad, but true" kind of things that I see too often for my tastes. But man oh man, Brian, talk about daring to be different...that thing is up there in double or triple dog dare territory! Talk about the perfect bubble burster, it will be friggin' AWESOME watching you pick on unsuspecting folks with that thing!! -------------------------- Hillbilly Racing Team Tired of AutoZone's *limited* selection? Try the Pottery Barn!
A mutual friend of mine, Brian's, and Dave H's heard those two words put together before .... and there was a reason for it .......
Brian, be careful at Stanton, because I think the Stude guys are going to adopt you in as one of their own........
And here I was going to get the Mercury and Edsel clubs to come and rumble with the Studes......
Brian: Now with your 3 on the tree, we finally have someone with actual use for the gear shiftin' smiley... :3gears: ....(count 'em, only three gears for the little guy)
Ugly is too nice a word for "THAT THING".........Whenever anyone says it's too bad Olds was trashed by GM, I think of that car and say, "Thank God". I think it all started downhill with that one and the momentum built. Even a barf, puke, Achieva looks good compared to that. Do make good race cars, though. The 57-58 Merc's did have undisputedly the best looking fender skirts ever. "Cruiser skirts". Kind of like "spats"!
I did not realize that it had the forward tilting hood like a bass boat! Suprised that Donny did not bring that point up! :spank:
