Brian, looking for a set of seatbelts, red, what kind of shape are yours, can you post pictures? And also looking for a driver's side remote mirror.

 

This ad was from 7 years ago. I think I threw out those belts.

I likely have a mirror but I'm not going to have ability to get to it for a couple of weeks.

 

Since the thread's been resurrected... are the '65 interior door emblems still around? Pics?

 

The emblems are gone along with most of these parts.

Hi Brian, as long as people are asking about parts............................would you have any good non-pitted vent window frames for a 64?

Brian, looking for the vacuum hard line and bracket from manifold to power brake booster. 300 cu in 2 barrel auto. The hard line goes from manifold around or over valve cover and bracket attaches to valve cover (I think) then a vacuum hose attaches to booster. Also the booster check valve that has the hose connection straight in instead of at a right angle. I found out at the BCA National meet that my setup is wrong. just thought I would ask.

I know I have a couple of hard lines just have to find them and see if I can tell the difference.

I found the check valve and 2 different hard lines. Not sure which one you need. The little 2 brackets .... I know I have 1 of the 2. Just have to find it in my hardware bins.

 

From your pic it looks like you have a 1964 Special convertible. I know I don't have any thin side moldings.

I do have a set of fender ports. They do have some pits.

I think I have a decent tail panel emblem.

I have a 64 Special 300 2 bbl engine. These pictures are from a 65 Skylark with a 300 2bbl engine. The vacuum hard line should be the same. The vacuum check valve for the power brake booster has the hose connecting straight into the booster, not at a right angle to it. (Note: The bracket I mentioned was from a 65 401 GS and attached to the valve cover.) I will send a picture of the Check Valve I need in another email. Thanks!

 

Is it a hardtop or post car? I'm assuming hardtop...
