The hole in the back of my crank was off center and too large by a few thousands. Needed a custom machined pilot bushing because the stock bushing fit too loosely.
Sorry to hear that! My situation was close. The hole was to small and off, but not as much as yours. They centered the hole and install the bushing. I did try machining the bushing first but it was not centered, spend the hundred bucks to make it right.
