I need to find this yard in Deaver, WY. I know about the one in Frannie. A friend at works knows the owner. Now that I have a pickup it is junk yard roadtrip time

I spoke to the owner and he agreed to the pictures. He also told me it was a dealer show room car that is only missing three options 1 being chrome drip rails 2 being vinyl top and number 3 is three speed wiper. He said he bought it in 1981 off of a used car lot, reminds me of Brad‘s story.

That Dart is cool! I had a 74 Dart Sport 360 4-spd with same hood as a daily driver back in the late 80s and drove it hard. Had the fold down back seat too...

This old, Right Side Driving Toyota just passed me on my way home. Four-wheel-drive and all the Fixin ‘s. Looked like brand new. C2B84FB3-DF56-489A-97FD-A082CEDE3B21.png

We talked to the owner and it has a 318 with a 727 torque flight transmission. Had a steering column in it that looked like it was from a Dodge dart with a Dodge letters in the center of the three spoke steering wheel. Column shift

My dad had a white cuda like that hauled to Korea in 67 courtesy of the USAF. Sold it to some dumbass airman who rolled it in a ditch a week later.

So this poor karman ghia has been rotting away in the same place for 5 to 10 years now. 20210626_154625.jpg

Don't know if the owner just doesn't care or what.

But I figger he must be jealous of the new arrival three doors down.

Funny, went on a bike ride this morning and thought about this thread.... mini trucking meth head style... tiny little buck a few blocks from my house... and the creeper van has moved in at the same spot with the 3 door in my original post.
