I asked a few months ago on the board here for a set of Stage 2 TE heads, too - no nibbles. Although TA has a backlog of castings to receive and machine, they did have a number of sets of Stage 2 TE heads "that weren't in the computers" - I was able to get a brand new set from them in short order. Might be worth a call, anyways.

I have a feeling they will go to the highest bidder.

These will require an sp 2 or custom intake as well.

They are just factory heads not converted not ported or messed with just a valve job done to them. I also have a couple bare sets some valves no springs or keepers

You know. I find that usually when someone sells heads. They have goodies attached to them. I'm not trying to be super cheap but hey. I also do machine work so need new valve guides no problem. Stuff like that. Like I remember someone on the board had a ported set. For about the same price as brand new from ta. I've bought alot of stuff from them, but I'm trying to spend money low key because I also have a second car with a huge engine. You all may not like it not it but it's a 426 hemi stroker dodge magnum. Costs alot of money the buick stuff does compared to modern stuff. But I believe the buicks have the flattest horsepower curves of all the engines. And I like the sound they have and the fact that noone ever sees or thinks anything of it till they see taillights. I just wish it was more cost friendly. Im not rich. I wish I was. The engine I put in this car was just rebuilt with 430 big port heads magged and everything. Forged pistons and connecting rods. New oil pump and cover. With a true 950cfm carb. But it's missing that upper end pull. I want to cam it but I dont think it has enough head. Head plus cam plus longtube 3 inch equals loads of horsepower and low end grunt. Ps I bought this engine for 500 and its mint. Also ps I'm 29 years old. So dont u guys start thinking these youngsters dont know what's going on here.

Don't sweat the age I was right out of high school 20 early 90s maybe my stage 1 was feared on Friday nite on the street everyone was quick but not as they found out what FAST was most had 5-6k in engines I had 500-700 bucks tops in my 455 and if they got 60' before the old pig hooked up they were lucky after that it jumped car lengths instantly on every car in town some would not even line up next to it and still today people talk about the car after all the years gone it still wears the iron heads aluminum b4b and headers poston 118 cam in colorado to pull 13s over 100 is tough no budget Buick will amaze people
