Keep us informed of the progress, us small block people want to know.

anthony has been working on a 72 skylark for a couple of years now. we have added a full cage to the interior other than that is is a stock interior he will make the shifts with a hurst shifter and a full aray of autometer gauges. It has a 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and it is held in the car with a set of metco arms with delium bushings. Traction will be provide by a set of MT drag radials because RTCTTFMF'S. lol it has the standard front suspension work done. it is getting a 3500 PTC converter and a t400 tranny. I will not let him have the full deal until he gets some laps under his belt but I'm sure before the summer is over he will have the 6lbs set-up and he will be making it fly. This is also a cruiser so he plans on driving the heck out of this car over the summer. I have been asked by several guy's to turn up the wick on this thing and see what it will do but he has worked hard for some time to make this happen so we are not going to ring it out just to see if we can break it. I think it would easy make 800+ with a bigger charger the P1 is a very small street charger. another 6 lbs of boost would more than double the increase that was made with the first 6lbs. Boost is a great way to go when it come to makeing power it is not a cheap add on and anyone that thinks it is has not upgraded all the things that need to be addressed. we will keep everyone informed as we go and maybe it will be going full tilt at BPG event.

do you happen to have or know the part number for the exact rods you used to be purchased online? is it a 6.3 ROD OR 6.4 YOU MENTIONED BOTH IN 2 DIFFERENT THREADS

oh and what 3.8 bore piston did you use?

i would imagine corrillo rods would also work for the samer honda rod application

Mike I'm sorry about the miss info they are 6.400 rods. but the better option would be 6.300 if you plan to stroke the crank we moved teh pin own slightly when we opened up the rods for the 3.8 piston pins. I bought the rods based on sizes there was no part number on them they were just yates nascar rods.

As far as bracket yes we can make these availble for sale you just have to remember that if buying a used charger you need to get a reverse rotation one if you look at the vid you will see the air intake is faceing foward not back. if you are looking ofr a complete kit from me then I will take care of this for you.

I talked to Anthony at Norwalk last weekend he was getting it down the track the first time He was telling me he drove it for the first time in the pits at the track. He is run low boost from what he told me and they were struggling with the 60 foot on it. He did run 12.16 @ 113 Bob said once they get it 60 footing they will turn up the boost.
