To Give away - 1971 Buick Skylark Custom - must go by June 1, 2021

I hope so... certainly not something I'd do but it'd have been fun to get running & drive. I sent the owner a follow up email tonight now that I'm back in town.

 

That was Jenna’s plan too, to get it running and drive it and then sell it to another Buick enthusiast with only covering her costs. She didn’t need a second Skylark long term but she wanted it to go to a good home. She suspects the Florida buyer may be a flipper but that’s just an opinion

 

Well, the car got picked up yesterday by whomever was ahead of me. It had to be gone by the end of the month so I was really holding out hope that I'd wind up w/it. Would've been fun to clean up/get road worthy and drive it this summer plus I already had the tilt column slated for my '71 GS convertible. Oh well. I hope it's going to a good home.
