What cam is this?

Found this bad ass GSX on YT. Says he has it all stock except for the cam, TH400, longtube headers and a H-pipe with 3 inch exhaust all the way back to some dynomax race bullet mufflers.

Does anyone know who's car this is?
Can anyone identify what cam there might be in this car?

Hard to get this sound on a 462?

Given the tires are soaked, it's not as badass as you think.

Hate me if you want, but I have a .030 over 430 with TA Stage 2 SE heads and 413 roller, roller rockers that will spin without stopping, on dry road, to take a nap through first, second and third.
(Embarrassed myself at the 2023 GSNats...)

Mine is quiet, until it's not.

17749s straight 2.5" dump at rear axle.

Are you chasing sound or performance. Cus, they ain't the same thing.

You can get all sorts of nasty sounding, while a Yugo leaves you in it's rust, or quietly walk away from a Red Eye SRT.

    Name yer game.

Folks here can get you where you want with the recipe.

Mostly sound. But should be able to smoke some tires.

I got recipes for moving out quick, and ending up fast.
The only sound I wanna hear, is the crying of the guy that is first, in second place.

That didn't seem all that impressive to me. I've done bigger burnouts in my gtp fwd gtp

Honestly, you could get that sound with an all stock engine and the appropriate mufflers or glass packs.

The 430 in the riv has a 290-08H cam and it has a good sound with 10:1 compression. The 455 in the LeSabre has the same cam, same mufflers and sounds way nastier. Riv weighs more but IMO is a little quicker than the LeSabre. Only exp i can come up with is the location of the mufflers in the system. Riv has shorty headers and the RaSabre is stock unported manifolds.

Sounds like a tractor,.....if I had a Buick that sounded like that I would be changing it,..that's a stock pile with no compression

If you just after sound,...you need a 10 to 1 bottomend and a 241/241 hemi killer,...KB107 or similar,.... poston 110,...ta510,...list goes on and on,...but nobody i know of is impressed by a donkey dick cam idled to 600rpm it just sounds like redneck garbage,..... NASTY is a park idle of 1200 to 1300,...gear idle of 900 to 1100,..and enough compression to push it thru the pipes with authority,... otherwise it's gonna sound like that,..a John Deere

Well! That car looks a whole lot like the shell/roller I bought a few years ago. How many yellow 72 Gs/GSX clones are there with the black stripes but no red? Rear spoiler but no hood tach. It really is impossible to say for sure but I found it interesting.

This, the 13:1 455 in my Caddy sounds like it's trying to blow the mufflers off of it.
