moleary(mark)is in the seattle area,kinda too far for the new guy its odd how some locations have tons of bbb(mark seems to be able to crap them at will) & others you cant sell your soul to find one(like e. wa.)
Theres a guy from Central Jersey that had a low mileage 430 for $400, running. You could throw that in there for now with a baby shot and still go low 12s by December with the right suspension modifications. If you're going to spray the motor with anything bigger than a basic plate kit, you're going to want to look into TAperformance for thier rods, pistons and girdles. Trust me when I say that a STOCK 455 shortblock with a good set of heads and a half decent cam will get you down the track a LOT faster than you think... there is NO such thing as a nitrous motor on a budget.
