Yes I hear you on the 4L80e I have one here and it is a lot more weight than my CK built 200 but for the high HP stuff the heavy duty 4L80e is the way to go.

Refresh my memory on the engine combo? I am curently building a 6.0 block with 4.8 crank, good rods and pistons and a Gt-45 turbo should be fun... 332 cubes.

I have no idea where it will end. LOL But, the new camshaft is here and I will start prepping the block on Saturday.
And fighting bottle temps, and switching bottles, and chasing nitrous when there is a shortage. etc. etc. LOL F1a94. 1600 CFM 1200 HP rating.
