I've ran NHRA Super Street 10.90, 11.0 index when they had Friday Night Rage here in Indy, Open Comp at NMCA Finals here, and some bracket racing. I like to run 1/4 mile but they don't do much of that anymore here. I can't run stock class by the rules for stock, I might be able to run some other NHRA class if I change some things.
3.90 gears. Last time out, the 1.48 60' was pretty intense. It surprised me how hard it hit. 11s did not seem fast to me, but mid 10s is pretty fun.
Now your down where my 60's are. I hope you welded the lower front mount of the rear trailing arms mount. With nitrous you should run 10.20.

More new bests tonight. 11.27 @ 120 on the motor and 10.43 @ 131 on the nitrous. The track was going away when I ran the nitrous so I had to roll out to the 60' then hit it. -675 d/a and a 10 mph tailwind helped out nicely.
Thanx James. It would have went 10.20s but the track was pretty dirty by the time I got out for a nitrous pass. There was a wreck and countless oil downs. Crazy day.
Wasn't someone once suggesting putting up an equal cost 455 project against this car once finished? I do NOT see that happening. Glad you're having a blast with it. I know it's in your blood, when are you going turbo?
The turbo LS cars are amazing for sure. But, I am having a lot of fun right now with that gas. It is a real hoot to drive on the nitrous. It is the first car I have had the really feels fast. If all the stars align, I will bump it to a 200 shot next winter and go for a 9 second timeslip. Just for bragging rights.
