The elusive 2 Wire Spark Plug Retainer being offered again.

These are 3D printed from Poly-Carbonate.
    Edit:
Some feedback shows these are holding @ 250f. Testing done here but result can vary! https://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/2-wire-loom-spark-wire-clip-offered-again.382977/

    Improving the looks:

If you want to try your hand, sand and apply heat such as a butane torch to shine up like an original. Be careful!
OR If you have the desire sand, prime and paint.

Differences of my design from oringal:

    -Thicker hinge
-Slightly thinner locking tab at top for flexing
-Lower hole moved upward slightly allowing for more material at base.

EDIT: I wanted to add more to properly set expectations. These pieces are being 3d printed (Filament based) using one of the most difficult materials to print and as such amplify the difficulty to remove certain artifacts of printing of this style printing like rough over hangs near the valve cover stud, slight distortions and sometimes inconsistent texture between pieces.

OPTIONAL: I can enlarge the hole size if you are running 8mm wires or larger. You must specify in direct message.

    NOTES:
The surface as shown is not consistent from print to print - depends on material lot and printer.

    >>> IMPORTANT when Opening <<<: When printed, these will be closed and slightly fused, you must use a exact-o knife or thin blade to release. See picture #2 below.
1.) Note the orientation of the piece
    2.) Pinch the top together
3.) Insert blade starting at base of upper hole then press firmly.

While these are definitely less fragile than originals, care is still needed & open slowly for the first time.

EDIT: Based upon feed back - My recommendation is to use the exacto knife to pop the seem as shown in the ad. I believe the slide to one side method is best to open. Just need to do it slowly and let the poly carbonate relex as you do it for the first time. If the top tab is fused pry slightly with your exacto. It should loosen. Worse case trace the with the knife to cut the overlapping material.

These will be on demand parts - I will produce as I receive orders. Since these are difficult to make I prefer you to make a commitment via a Direct Message, I will produce your order, once confirmed, I will ask for payment, once payment is received I will ship. Im not a big company just a Buick fan that has put significant effort toward making these.

Sold as a pair - pricing is $30 (Pair) Shipped to the lower 48 (other places - inquire via direct message). Will consider discounts if ordering more than 1 pair.

EDIT: If you want 4 wires made to match let me know.

11/22/2023 Update to part - I have successfully reduce print layer making these more dense.

Not sure which version I got but I sanded the marks out of one of mine & haven't polished it yet, but I think it'll look perfect when done.

    Hey Dano,
Technically no one has got the newest version yet, since I got a new request I took some time to try to improve things. The prior version's weight 4.4grams, the newer is 4.65.

Documenting for fun as my homemade eggnog is chilling in the fridge.

Stating the obvious first. This is a new material batch of Polycarbonate.
That aside, the original on left looks shinier, the new version with decreased layer lines is more a matte finish as the printer presses more material into the prior layer increasing density, adhesion (uniformity), and rigidity. Any more reduction in layers would just produce cooled hard gooey smears loosely resembling the design :)
